For select properties, a Concierge Arrival is required, wherein a member of our dedicated guest services team will arrange to meet you upon your arrival, providing a warm welcome while guiding you through the home’s features and ensuring your utmost comfort. Should you desire, this bespoke service is also available as an optional enhancement across all of our properties, tailored to elevate your experience at your discretion.

At Desert Luxury Estates, pool heating is thoughtfully included with every reservation, with the waters warmed to a delightful 84 degrees for your enjoyment. Your pool will be pre-heated prior to your arrival, inviting you to plunge in and savor the comfort from the very first moment.

The majority of our vacation rentals at Desert Luxury Estates warmly welcome pets, accommodating up to two cherished companions per property for a modest fee of $150 per pet, ensuring a delightful stay for both you and your furry friends.

Desert Luxury Estates includes a departure cleaning service with every stay, ensuring a seamless conclusion to your visit. For those desiring a touch of mid-week or mid-stay refreshment, an additional cleaning can be arranged for a modest fee. Each of our vacation rentals at Desert Luxury Estates is exquisitely furnished and thoughtfully equipped with a kitchen brimming with modern conveniences, including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. To elevate your culinary experience, every property is generously stocked with an array of cooking and serving essentials—plates, bowls, utensils, a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more. The coffee maker, both Keurig and drip, pairs perfectly with a provided spice rack, salt, and pepper, ensuring every meal is seasoned to perfection.

For your comfort, we supply bath towels, pool towels, and pristine bed linens. An initial offering of practical necessities—trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent—is also included. Our bathrooms are appointed with luxurious touches, such as shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. Additionally, our laundry facilities come complete with laundry soap and dryer sheets, ensuring every detail of your stay is effortlessly catered to.

Should you need to send an item to your vacation home, we suggest dispatching it to our office, where a member of our attentive staff will ensure its delivery to the property. For those indulging in an extended stay, once settled, you may arrange shipments directly to the residence. If you wish to have mail forwarded to the property, we invite you to consult with our reservations team to verify the availability of this tailored service.

At Desert Luxury Estates, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied from the time of booking up until 60 days before your scheduled stay. Between 60 and 30 days prior to your arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will take effect, while cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date are non-refundable. Please note that circumstances related to COVID or other important issues are thoughtfully addressed on an individual basis.
