The open concept interior has walls of glass, a gourmet kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. It's the perfect headquarters to enjoy all our beautiful desert has to offer - golf, tennis, hiking, biking, casinos, shopping and dining.

The backyard has a saltwater pool with tanning shelf, integrated waterfall spa and a raised sunning area with lounge chairs. Outdoor dining for 6 and a built in gas BBQ grill. Covered outdoor living with sectional, overhead fans and misters. The intimate front courtyard has a firepit and seating for 4. Bird of paradise and palm trees add to the beauty of this very special property.

The open concept interior is bright and spacious with walls of windows looking out to the pool. The great room has a comfortable sectional, a flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. Pool/spa/ weather……all great!!!!

This home has a great location and we enjoyed our stay as the pool, spa and sunshine were a great relief from the frigid northeast. We rented this home for 6 weeks. Unfortunately, we had to immediately ask for some replacement mattress protectors as they were laundered but stained or missing all together from the bedding. The management company was very responsive and immediately delivered 3 new pads. This house has a great working kitchen. Otherwise, it needs some routine maintenance. The windows and screens were filthy. Also, the window treatment on the 16 ft slider in the living room was missing - no privacy at night. Also, know that the fourth bedroom shares the master bathroom with the master bedroom.

The homeowner generously agreed to replace it and DLE had a new heater installed the same day! Every interaction I experienced with DLE was wonderful. They were extremely professional. 10 out of 10 for service.

House & location great. A little deceiving about the bedroom in the main house, there are really only two bedrooms, third bed is off of the master suite, which is not really a third bedroom. The Casita was nice. Towels were limited, not sure why. Also be sure and bring your soap & toiletries as they were limited.

It’s a beautiful property and actually larger than expected. I was not aware that there was a full bedroom and bathroom outside of the main house on the property. There was a few things that needed attention but it didn’t effect my stay. There are a few things that need to be upgraded in the house but hopefully management will get those things taken care of. Overall the place is a 9 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our two month stay at Bellerive. The DLE staff was great every step of the way. We loved the location of the house and went for lots of long walks in the neighborhood. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well equipped. The back yard, pool, and hot tub were AMAZING.

The house was beautiful and the location right on the golf course was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A few things that could be improved were the stained carpets, dirty outdoor furniture, and landscaping in need of care. We had a problem with wifi for a few days, but the management was helpful in fixing it. Overall, it was a good home and we really enjoyed our stay!

Suite 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower. Suite 3 is in the courtyard casita and has a King bed, living room with flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower. The 4th Bedroom is accessible from either the courtyard or from the Master Bedroom. It has a King bed, flatscreen TV and french doors to the courtyard as well as a connecting door to the Master Bathroom that can be closed for privacy. There is also an additional half bath in the hall.

Sleeping Summary: 4 Kings. Sleeps 8.

Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels and a starter set of luxury Beekman soaps in each bathroom. Both Keurig and regular coffee makers. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Located in a great location in PGA West, close to restaurants and dining, golf, hiking and shopping. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and a number of other shops along Highway 111. The Empire Polo Grounds is about 5 miles away, and the famous El Paseo shopping district is 12 miles. Interstate 10 is close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.
