Indoors, the home offers 4 bedrooms, office, 3.5 baths, gourmet kitchen, living, and dining areas. Located close to shopping, dining, and walking distance to the famous Coachella festival grounds.

Outdoors, the yard features a sparkling pool with an expansive tanning deck, and integrated spa. The poolside cabana has comfortable seating, twinkle lights, and a firepit. There is a built in BBQ, along with covered outdoor dining for 6. Have some fun with the ping pong table, and basketball hoop. The grounds have the perfect mix of shade and sun, with plenty of space to spend time with your group, or step away for some alone time.

Magical Cabana Palms

Cabana Palms is outstanding in every way. The house is very well stocked with ample kitchen gadgets and plenty of towels. The backyard is stunning and the pool is larger than what the pictures show. We spent most of our time outside and enjoyed the pool throughout the day but yet we had a very comfortable house to relax in when we needed to get out of the sun. There is plenty of room in the house and many beds to accommodate a larger group. We loved that everything was labeled and we knew where everything went. The team at Desert Luxury Estates was very easy to work with and promptly replied to any questions we had. I would love to come back and stay in this house again.

The Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard and a TV. The en suite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, shower and walk in closet. Suite 2 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has a Queen and Twin Bunk Bed and additional Twin Sofa Bed. They share an attached Jack n Jill bathroom with shower tub combo. The office has a Queen and Twin sofa beds. Hall powder bath for guest use.

Sleeping Summary: 1 King, 2 Queens, Bunkbed with 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 Queen Sofa Bed, 2 Twin Sofa Beds 1 Full Size Crib. Sleeps 12. Parking for 4 cars.

Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses are very close, minutes away by car. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the new shops along 111. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
