Sunny Sky Villa is a modern, 5 suite vacation home in the heart of Palm Desert. It offers all the amenities you want - pool, spa, firepit lounge, built-in BBQ, al fresco dining, outdoor TV, and plenty of lounge chairs. The open concept interior has walls of glass that look out to the pool and mountains beyond. Spacious great room, beautiful gourmet kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms - all with en suite bathrooms. Perfectly central location to enjoy all the desert has to offer!

The yard has a sparkling pool and spa surrounded by 8 luxury lounge chairs and resort style umbrellas. The great room has walls of glass that open up so the indoors flows right into the outdoor covered living space with table dining for 8 and outdoor TV. Built in gas BBQ and firepit lounge.

Inside, the great room has comfortable seating, TV, fireplace, and opens up to the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, gas range, and large center island with seating for 4. Fully stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The dining room has seating for 6.

The Primary Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, mountain views and sliding glass doors to the pool. En suite bathroom has a large shower, dual vanities, and a huge walk in closet. The Casita Suite has a King bed, TV, kitchenette with mini fridge, and en suite bath with shower. Suites 3 and 4 both have Queen beds, TVs, and en suite baths

Spacious home and wonderful yard.

We rented the home for 2 months. 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms made from privacy and space for guests that visited. A large empty garage allowed for any additional cars and storage easy. The yard had tons of seating and a generous size pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked for daily cooking and large family room had plenty of seating for a large group. There was even 2 pack and play cribs provided for our grand children’s visit. The house was clean and plenty of towels and good sheets with pillows. Staff was great. Staff had someone answering phones and taking care of issues quickly. Very pleasant too.

Great getaway. We had a great time and were able to accommodate guests since there are 5 ensuite bedrooms. The back yard was fantastic, great pool and hot tub. Everything in the house seemed to be in working order. Nice location close to some restaurants and easy access to the freeway. 20-25 minutes to PSP. Approximately 15 minutes to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Less than 30 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Closer to the retail areas of Palm Desert and La Quinta.

Our other desert cities are just a short drive. Palm Springs is a few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells, home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
