Villa San Julian is a very private, 5 bedroom home situated on almost half an acre in La Quinta. The resort-style yard features a massive pool and spa, with leisure areas and an integrated 25 meter lap lane. The yard continues with plenty of outdoor dining spaces, poolside lounge chairs, conversation areas, hammock, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven, firepit, courtyard with outdoor fireplace, and sweeping mountain views. Indoors features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious great rooms, multiple dining areas, 5 comfortable bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. With its central La Quinta location, only 2 miles from La Quinta Resort, and 2 miles from Highway 111, It's the perfect place to enjoy all that the desert has to offer!

Outdoors, the huge pool has a tanning shelf, and is integrated with the raised waterfall spa as well as the lap area of the pool. The backyard is ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining. It has 2 tables with seating for 16, and shades pull down to protect from the sun. It also has a built-in BBQ and pizza oven. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, or the fireplace in the front courtyard.

Suite 2 has a King bed and en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. Suite 3 has a Queen bed and en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, office setup, and doors to the side yard with a sitting area. Half bath in the hallway. The Casita is in the courtyard and has a King bed, TV, and en suite bath with shower.

Sleeping Summary: 3 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Queen Sofa Bed. Sleeps 12. Parking for 5 cars.

Located in a gated community in central La Quinta, and close to restaurants, golf, hiking, and shopping. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and a number of other shops along Highway 111. The Empire Polo Grounds is less than 3 miles away, and the famous El Paseo shopping district is about 7 miles away. Or you can go directly to Interstate 10 and head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.
