Waterfall Escape is a sophisticated getaway on half an acre in South Palm Desert. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is beautifully designed with an open concept floor plan, soaring ceilings, and walls of glass looking out to the pool. The resort style yard has a sparkling pool and spa with cascading waterfalls, lounge chairs, as well as outdoor living and dining areas. Extremely private location, yet close to the El Paseo shopping district.
The serene backyard has all the amenities you want on vacation. Pool and spa surrounded by lounge chairs, expansive lawn, mountain views, and swaying palm trees. The outdoor living room has a fireplace, TV, and comfortable seating. Al fresco dining for 8 at the table. Propane BBQ. Walled and gated for privacy on a half acre lot.
With its open concept floor plan and glass walls letting in the views, there isn't a bad seat in the house. The gourmet kitchen has high end appliances and cabinetry, gas range and oversized island with seating for 4. Walk in, temperature controlled wine room for storing and displaying your special bottles. The formal dining room has seating for 8 and flows into the formal great room with seating, fireplace and views. The family room has a comfortable sectional, fireplace, TV, Peloton bike, and great views out to the pool.

The house was in a very convenient location and had more space than I expected. Very comfortable, close to hiking trails as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Everything functioned well. Plenty of kitchen items. Comfortable beds. The pool/hut tub area was very private and worked great every single day. Management responded to a few small issues upon move-in, then we were set for the month. This house is 3 bedrooms but felt bigger and easily accommodated our family for work and leisure. Nice quiet neighborhood but very convenient for all activities in the area. We've stayed in the area a few times, and we liked this location more than others, and the house was so comfortable we'd certainly return. Plenty of hot water. Internet worked well throughout the property.
